Features and value

The body is fusiform, slightly flat on the side, generally 20 to 35 cm in length, 100 to 300 grams in weight, well-developed fat eyelids, and small round scales on the body. The lateral line is covered with high and strong edge scales. The sharp spines form a sharp ridge. The back of the body is turquoise.
